PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been used for residential and agriculture purposes. �2 <br /> 2.1. SITE ASSESSMENT-POTENTIAL PROBLEM <br /> The domestic water supply and agricultural supply wells are located over 500 feet from the location <br /> of a proposed site of a septic system associated with the 5-acre parcel split.Additionally,the nearest <br /> off-site well is located on the property adjacent to the east to the southeast corner of the property <br /> (APN 089-100-10), which is over 250 feet from the location of a potential site of a septic system <br /> associated with the 5-acre parcel split (minor subdivision). The current septic systems are located <br /> north of the main and small residential buildings over 500 feet from the location of a potential site <br /> of a septic system associated with the 5-acre parcel split. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Two septic systems are reported to be located north of the main residential building and under and <br /> north of the small residential building.At this time,there is no proposed additional septic tank usage. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the main residential building consists of an unknown capacity septic <br /> tank,several septic pits and three leach lines 40 to 80 feet in length.One of the leach lines discharges <br /> into a 48-inch by 25-foot seepage pit. <br /> The septic system servicing the small residential building consists of an unknown capacity tank l <br /> located partially under the north side of the building with unknown length of leach lines extending <br /> into the orchard. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
