SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at EHD for the address of 9947 East State Highway 26 indicated that in 1979, <br /> an additional 30 to 40-foot leach line and a 48-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pit was added <br /> to the system. This additional leach line brings the total leach lines on the subject parcel to five, <br /> which three are for main residential building and two for small residential building. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> As referenced above,the permits on record at EHD indicate in 1979 that an additional 30 to 40-foot <br /> leach line and a 48-inch diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pit was added to the system. 3\ <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties to the north, east and south are also primarily agricultural-zoned land. The <br /> adjoining property to the west have buildings or other structures indicating the possible presence of <br /> septic systems.The property directly adj acent to the southeast of the subj ect property has residential, <br /> storage and ranch buildings indicating the presence of probable septic system. <br /> 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The following is a summary of information based on new system installation permits currently on <br /> file with EHD. <br /> ADDRESS: 9777 East Highway 26 <br /> LOCATION: 0.4 miles west of subject property <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Date 6-22-1972; 1,200-gal tank; (3) 80-foot leach line; (1) 33-inch <br /> seepage pit to a depth of 25-feet; �3 <br /> ADDRESS: Nord Road 5) <br /> LOCATION: 0.1 miles west of subject property <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit Date 7-24-1958; 1,200-gal tank; (4) 60-feet leach lines; (3) 37-inch <br /> seepage pits to a depth of 25-feet; <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
