REGULATORY AGENCY RECORD SEARCH <br /> AGE contacted appropriate regulatory agencies to review records regarding the subject property and <br /> surrounding sites identified as having recognized environmental conditions that have potential to <br /> impact the subject property based on ground water flow direction,distance from the subject property <br /> and nature of the releases causing the environmental condition. <br /> AGE contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office (SJCACO) for <br /> information concerning the use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)and the Central Valley Region <br /> Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)maintain records of industrial violations for this area and , 3� <br /> are the lead agencies for the enforcement of the State Underground Storage Tank and Hazardous <br /> Waste Laws for San Joaquin County. <br /> AGE contacted EDR, a data retrieval company, to conduct a computer search of federal, state and <br /> regional regulatory agency databases of sites having recognized environmental conditions or that had <br /> permits to manufacture,store,utilize,treat or dispose hazardous materials.EDR provided AGE with <br /> a report of sites within specified search distances of the subject property that were listed on various <br /> environmental databases. <br /> 6.1. AGRICULTURAL COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE/PESTICIDE USE <br /> The SJCACO noted that agricultural chemicals permitted for use through Restricted Materials <br /> Permits are not necessarily used on the property.Pesticide Use Reports are submitted by the farmer <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmentaf,Inc. <br />
