SAMPLING AND RESULTS . <br /> Ii No sampling was done for this investigation. <br /> i <br /> 9.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> We have performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the property located at <br /> 9947 East-Highway 26, Stockton, California, the subject property. San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with r <br /> the property except for the possible presence of AGMs in the residential buildings. AGE notes that <br /> the property has been utilized for long-term residential and agricultural use. <br /> 40.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the findings of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination assessment, AGE recommends <br /> that a general asbestos survey of all subject property buildings should be completed by a qualified <br /> professional prior to remodeling or demolition of the subject property buildings. Any asbestos- <br /> containing materials should be identified and evaluated for abatement. <br /> E: <br /> If any additional environmental concerns not discussed in this report are discovered,please notify our <br /> office for f rther recommendations. <br /> 11.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in,this or similar fields. The findings were based mainly upon <br /> examination of historical records, maps, aerial photographs and government agency lists, on a site <br /> reconnaissance <br /> reconnaissance visit, and on information obtained during a personal interview with a persons or <br /> persons of long term familiarity with the subject property.
