r <br /> F' Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> SKOBRAK PROPERTY <br /> 9947 East Highway 26, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Mr. Charles Skobrak to perform a <br /> Surface-Subsurface Contamination assessment of the property at 9947 East Highway 26, identified <br /> as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 089-100-09 and located in County land <br /> immediately outside Stockton, California(the subject property). <br /> The purpose of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible,any <br /> real or potential surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses of the subject <br /> property that could lead to liability in the event of ownership, that could have a potential impact on <br /> property value, or that could impact the present or future use of the subject property. The report <br /> includes evaluation of nonpoint sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical <br /> residues,as well as potential point sources, such as above-ground or underground fuel storage tanks, <br /> septic systems, or chemical storage areas. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a)was used as a <br /> guideline to perform this assessment. <br /> The purpose of this investigation is to facilitate a Tentative Parcel Map within San Joaquin County <br /> to reapportion the one current approximately 40 acre parcel into two new parcels; the new parcel <br /> would be comprised of an approximate 5 acre area located on the southeast corner of the property as <br /> depicted in the tentative parcel map provided in Appendix C.AGE did not inspect the interiors of the <br /> residential/agricultural complex structures.The property use is currently residential/agricultural and <br /> will remain residential/agricultural post-split. <br /> 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The parcel map and owner information was provided by ParcelQuest/CD Data at the internet site <br /> http://www.parcelquest.com)as a representation of current data down-loaded monthly from the San <br /> Joaquin County Assessor's Office (SJCAO). <br /> Owner information, a copy of the current parcel map and a tentative parcel map depicting the <br /> proposed split are provided in Appendix C. <br /> Property Owner SKOBRAK CHARLES E SR&D M <br /> APN I Size/Address 089-100-09, 40 acres, 9947 E HWY 26 STOCKTON <br /> SJCAO records also note a historical address of 9947 Linden Road for the subject property APN. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
