An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . Additional <br /> runoff shall be retained on-site and meet present drainage <br /> requirements. <br /> b. Roadway dedication, improvements, and permits along the <br /> frontage of the Route 33 connector road shall be as <br /> required by Caltrans. <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. Prior to occupancy, construct an individual sewage dispo- <br /> sal system under a permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . A minimum of 360 feet of leach lines needs to <br /> be added to the existing septic system to upgrade for 40 <br /> employees. <br /> b. There appears to exist an underground disposal field to <br /> serve the wash rack. This must be verified, and if a <br /> drain field exists, it must be disconnected. The wash <br /> rack effluent must be recycled or discharged to an above- <br /> ground, ined pond approved by the Health District . <br /> c . When the number of emp ogees exceeds 24 per day, the water <br /> system will become a non-community public water system <br /> subject to a yearly permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District . <br />
