March 28, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05007B <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 28, 2005. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 28, 2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> _ the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building- <br /> cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there a a minimum of 67 <br /> septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general use of the vicinity is farmland.
