PA-0900263 AND SITE APPROVAL <br /> APPLICATION NO. PA-0900264 OF KENT RAVERTY (CIO MIKE HAKEEM). <br /> (FOURTH DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors conduct a public hearing to. <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Tentatively approve Williamson Act Contract Cancellation with the Conditions <br /> and Contingencies (Attachment A)based on the ability to make the required <br /> Findings for Williamson Act Contract Cancellation(Attachment B); and <br /> 3. Approve Site Approval application No. PA-0900264 with the Findings and <br /> _ Conditions of Approval contained in Attachments C and D, respectively. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The project includes two parts. The first part is a Williamson Act Cancellation <br /> application to cancel Williamson Act Contract No. 50305 as to a 1.2-acre portion of a <br /> 22.6 acre parcel. The 12-acre area contains a 9,998-square-foot single family residence, a <br /> large driveway, and a swimming pool. There are no agricultural uses on the 1.2 acres. <br /> The tentative approval of the Williamson Act Contract Cancellation application is a <br /> prerequisite to the approval of the accompanying Site.Approval application. The second <br /> part of this project is a Site Approval application to convert the existing residence into a <br /> bed and breakfast inn(Use Type: Lodging Services-Bed and Breakfast). Permitted uses <br /> on contracted land are limited to the compatible uses listed in Development Title Section <br /> 9-1810.3(b). <br />
