The 1.2-acre area contains a 10,000-square-foot single family residence a large <br /> driveway,and a swimming pool There are no a ricultural uses on the 1.2 acres. The <br /> ro'ect is located on the southwest corner of Taddei Road and Bender Road inAcam o. <br /> RECOMMENDED ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:' <br /> The proposed project could not have a significant effect on the <br /> environment, and-a Negative Declaration will be prepared. X <br /> Although the proposed project could have a significant effect on the <br /> environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case because <br /> the mitigation measures described on an attached sheet have been <br /> added to the project.
