A review fee of$575.00 <br /> must be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$115.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The addendum shall address the change of use from residential to commercial and <br /> incorporate the evaluation of the existing system for commercial use. <br /> b. Submit three sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and approval prior to <br /> issuance of building permits (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380).
