An addendum to the nitrate loading study dated December 17, 2008, <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to <br /> F?nvironmental Health indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. <br /> ".1'he studies must be approved by Environmental Health prior to issuance of <br /> building permits (Development 'I'itle Section 9-1105.2[d]), A review fee of <br /> $575.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or EPA. Design Manual for on-site <br /> waste 'water treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$115.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The addendum shall address the change of use from residential to <br /> commercial and incorporate the evaluation of the existing system for commercial <br /> use. <br /> b. Submit three sets of food facility plans to Environmental Health for review and <br /> approval Prior to issuance of building pen-nits (California Retail Food Code, <br /> Article 1, 114380). A review fee of$345.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br />
