Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. An addendum to the nitrate loading study dated December 17, 2008 incorporating proposed istaff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system y em usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: The addendum shalt address the change of use from residential to commercial and incorporate the evaluation of the existing septic system for commercial use. B. Submit three (3) sets of food facility pians to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, i114380). A review fee of$345 is required at the time of submittal.
