Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the nitrate loading study dated December 17, 2008 incorporating proposed <br /> staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the . <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel.
