m. CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE: <br /> (1) An occupancy separation of one (1) hour is required to separate the U occupancy from the S-2, <br /> M, B, and F-1 occupancies. <br /> n. CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of placement as directed by the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (2) Fire Department access road shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. Inspection of <br /> access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (3) Fire Department access to property and buildings shall be In accordance with 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code (Key Boxes). Key box and access systems information as provided by the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District.
