The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> L9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> LCounty,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> t <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> /the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) for the Site are 003-170-10& 54.The parcel is 14.47 acres in <br /> L size (Plate 1). The county application number is PA-05-306. The subject property is orchard with <br /> some riparian habitat occupying a portion of the northern half.
