k. NOISE: Implementation of the following recommendations shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following pursuant to the noise study prepared by J.C. Brennan and Associates dated August 2, _ <br /> 2012: <br /> (1) Conduct periodic noise measurements during events at the Control Site. Maximum noise <br /> levels due to live events should be monitored at the control site (Site Z in this report), and <br /> should be limited to less than 75 dBA Lmax. <br /> (2) The winery staff is trained on how to use the sound level meter, use the proper settings on <br /> the meter and the meter is calibrated prior to events. The sound level meter shall comply with <br /> an ANSI Type 1 or Type 2 certification. <br /> (3) Events are required to terminate prior to 10:00 p.m. <br /> I. RIPARIAN HABITAT: Parallel to Gill Creek, a natural open space area for riparian habitat and <br /> waterway protection shall be maintained to provide nesting and foraging habitat and the protection of <br /> waterway quality. The minimum width of said open space shall be one-hundred (100) feet, <br /> measured from the mean high water level of the natural bank or fifty (50) feet back from the existing <br /> riparian habitat, whichever is greater. Water-dependent uses may be permitted in this buffer. <br /> The mean high water level and the edge of the riparian habitat shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> The open space buffer required above shall be shown on the Site Plans with the following note: <br /> Pursuant to Section 9-1510.5 of the San Joaquin County Development Title, this area is <br /> designated as a natural open space for riparian habitat and waterway protection. No <br /> development other than water dependent uses shall be permitted in this space. <br /> m. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed occupancy will be B and A-5/S-2. <br /> (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away' sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/.inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code,Table 4-1. <br /> (7) A soils report will be required. <br /> (8) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction <br /> drawings. <br /> n.
