" See Attachment"A.") <br /> Being a `full service event destination" with "all the necessary attention to detail <br /> for weddings, banquets, or small gatherings" is not `accessory and subordinate to the <br /> primary agricultural use' of a winery, nor is it `compatible with the ambiance of an <br /> agricultural area and the production of wine' as the County Code requires. <br /> D. 1. b. Internet Advertising for the Hire of an"Exquisite Suite,"aka the 2005 <br /> Permit's"Caretaker Living Area <br /> The Vierras have advertised for hire "an exquisite suite for rent, before or after <br /> events." (See Attachment"A.') In reality,this "exquisite suite"is actually the"512 square <br /> foot caretaker living area" approved in the 2005 permit, also referred to therein as a <br /> "second dwelling unit." <br /> D. 1.c. Internet Advertising for"Summer Concerts"in the"Amphitheater" <br /> The Vierras have advertised a "summer concert" series in the winery's <br /> "amphitheater." Artists of national renown are advertised to perform there. "Summer <br /> concerts" are not `accessory and subordinate to the primary agricultural use' of a winery, <br /> nor are they `compatible with the ambiance of an agricultural area and the production of <br /> wine' as County Code requires. <br /> D. 1. d. Internet Advertising "Can Accommodate 200 Guests"with a Chef <br /> "From Italy" <br /> Perhaps most blatantly and flagrantly of all, the St. Jorge Winery, with a permit <br /> allowing a maximum of only 25 people,only four times a year, has advertised itself asking <br /> that people: <br /> "Please consider St. Jorge Winery for your personal gatherings, <br /> weddings, birthdays, anniversary and meetings. We feature Lucia Cello <br /> from Italy as our chef. St. Jorge Winery can accommodate 200 guests." <br /> (Emphasis added.) <br />
