Teepee Drive, Stockton APN: 132-080-09 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AH. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 29 feet NAVD 1988. <br /> The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> The site is within County Service Area No. 17 (Cherokee Industrial Park)which provides storm drainage and street <br /> lighting services. <br /> Teepee Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> Upon satisfaction of the above requirement, the following Conditions of Approval shall apply.
