A registered professional engineer shall design a system or combination of systems to infiltrate, treat, and/or <br /> filter the 85"percentile storm drainage as defined in the County's 2009 "Storm Water Quality Control Criteria <br /> Plan"(SWQCCP)or in the "California Association of Storm Water Quality Agencies" (CASQA)publications <br /> and comply with the conditions of the County Phase I National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> (NPDES)permit. Standard"Best Management Practices for the type of development proposed shall be <br /> incorporated into the system design. CASQA documents are available at hM://www.oN&org. Plans and/or <br /> calculations of the proposed system shall be submitted to the County for review and approval. <br /> a) Applicant shall meet the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County's 2009 SWQCCP, <br /> which is available at ho://www.sj og v.orgJpubworks/STORM%20WATER/LID htm <br /> b) Proprietary treatment devices used in the storm water filtration system previously approved for use <br /> and acceptable by a major California city, Caltrans,or the Washington State DOT shall comply with <br /> the 2009 SWQCCP. Latitude and longitude coordinates of all treatment devices shall be provided to <br /> the Department of Public Works <br /> 13. The proposed office building shall be elevated or flood-proofed in accordance with Development Title Section <br /> 9-1605.12(a),(b)and(c)and/or Section 9-1605.15 (d) <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i ) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division of the <br /> Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the Solid Waste <br /> Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.)
