Height and <br /> visibility restrictions apply within this zone; in particular, reflective materials which <br /> have the potential to blind pilots and endanger aircraft are not permitted in this area. <br /> A list of the restrictions which should be applied to this proposal is enclosed for the <br /> applicant's information. <br /> Staff finds the proposed subdivision to be in conformity with the adopted Airport Land <br /> Use Plan, provided all of the restrictions under the Horizontal Surface are complied <br /> with. Present and future property owners should be aware that the area is subject to <br /> occasional overflight and accompanying noise disturbances. Due to these conditions, <br /> the ALUC staff requests that the following documents be filed at the San Joaquin <br /> County Recorder's Office: <br /> ' 1) An Avigation and Overflight Easement in favor of San Joaquin County; and, <br /> 2) A Noise Disclosure Statement, signed by the property owner or prospective tenant. <br /> Please contact me or Debra Hale of my staff should you have any questions concerning <br /> this matter. <br /> ry truly your <br /> PETER D.
