The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. Sewer service shall be provided by the City of Stockton. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) 5. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. Service shall be provided by California Water Service Company. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) 6. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Applicant shall submit engineering calculations and drainage plan for review prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Service shall be provided by Morrison Gardens Storm Drain System. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) 7. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). Any fees and/or remaining lien payoffs related to the SJAFCA assessment shall be paid prior to recording of Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/Parcel Map/Final Map. 8. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, CalTrans Traffic Manual and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans.
