Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified- <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurflace Contamination Report dated November 16, 2004, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to ParceUFinal Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental I lealth Department. <br /> 13. Connection to a public sewer system is required (San Joaquin C01-111ty Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> C.
