The property,Assessor's Parcel Number 171-200-12,is 0.86-acres in size and is rectangular in shape. A single-family residence is located on the property, along with a mobile trailer home. ion According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department website, the subject property is zoned R-L,low density residential. This zone is intended"to provide for neighborhoods consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population centers which have public services" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). Each of these parcels will then be used for residential development.
