The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> bw <br /> This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's Surface and Sub urface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist, dated July 14,2003. <br /> 60 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located at 2120 East 13`''Street,Stockton,California. The property,Assessor's <br /> Parcel Number 171-200-12,is 0.86-acres in size and is rectangular in shape. A single-family residence <br /> is located on the property, along with a mobile trailer home. <br /> ion According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department website, the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L,low density residential. This zone is intended"to provide for neighborhoods <br /> consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the 0.3 Aa) <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> v <br /> According to the owner, the proposed project will involve dividing the subject property into three <br /> parcels.
