November 16,2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04115A <br /> In the 1937 photo, 13" Street is not visible. The subject property and surrounding appear to be 2,t) <br /> agricultural land. The properties further to the west of the subject property have some structures on <br /> them. <br /> In the 1957 photo, 13`' Street is now visible. The subject property appears to have a structure on the <br /> western portion and the rest is open land. The land to the north, east and west is now single family <br /> residences. The area to the south appears to be open or agricultural land. <br /> In the 1963 photo, the subject property and the surrounding properties appear the similar to the <br /> previous photograph. The larger trees and some structures on the subject property can be more clearly <br /> seen. <br /> In the 1975 photo,the scale is such that it is difficult to determine any changes in the subject property <br /> and the surrounding properties. <br /> In the 1983 photo,the subject property the subject property and the surrounding properties appear the <br /> similar to the 1963 photograph, though some larger trees and on-site structures can be more clearly <br /> distinguished. <br /> In the 1993 photo, the subject property has gained some structures on the eastern portion. The <br /> immediate vicinity appears unchanged from the earlier photograph. However, the agricultural land a <br /> little further from the property has changed to residential houses. �) <br /> In the 2002 photo,the single family residence and the mobile trailer home can be seen clearly. It is also <br /> easy to distinguish large trees. The area to the east of the subject property appears to have gained more <br /> houses from the previous photograph. The area to the south, north and west appear relatively <br /> unchanged. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Stockton <br /> West,California,7.5 minute series(topographic)quadrangle map. Topographic maps of this quadrangle <br /> im dated 1913,1952,1968,1968 photorevised 1976,and 1968 photorevised 1987 obtained from EDR were <br /> reviewed. <br /> bw In the 1913 map, the subject property is located on empty land just on the outskirts of the city of <br /> Stockton. 13`h Street is not visible <br /> bw In the 1952 map,the subject property has a structure on it. 13`h Street is visible along with Duck Creek <br /> to the south.The area surrounding the subject property shows some structures as well. <br /> Im <br /> 3 <br /> .. *44 <br /> VM <br />
