Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be reported as a hazardous material <br /> if storing 1,200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite in San Joaquin County— Hazardous <br /> Materials Business Plan Program (HSC Sections 25508&25500 et sec.) <br /> 4.
