b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP)and <br /> nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State <br /> approved laboratory (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> c. The existing workshop has a restroom. Indicate the plumbing conveyance to an existing septic <br /> system. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility <br /> lines (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate <br /> the 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department(Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). The <br /> existing mobile home is to be removed. <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (DevelopmentTitle Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4), <br /> 4.
