'Thornton Road, Lodi The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. 1-he Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and parishioners, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. `:I-his must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. 13. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropanc (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and Analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.7). C_" The existing workshop has a restroom. Indicate the plumbing conveyance to an existing septic system. State on revised site plans the maximunt number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for, in addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 11 10.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. D.
