'Thornton Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. 1-he Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and parishioners, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. `:I-his must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required,and a <br /> review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 13. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropanc <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> Analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C_" The existing workshop has a restroom. Indicate the plumbing conveyance to an existing <br /> septic system. State on revised site plans the maximunt number of employees and customers <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for, in addition, show on revised plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 11 10.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage <br /> disposal replacement area. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1 1 10. 1). Existing mobile home to be removed. <br /> T. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Frivironmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin (..'()unity Development Title.
