The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> C. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br /> property. <br /> 5. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated. <br /> 6 . All parking areas and driveways must be completely <br /> installed prior to issuance of a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. <br /> 7 . A sign plan is required. The plan shall comply with <br /> the sign plan for the Saddle City Subdivision (SU-87- <br /> 17) . <br /> 8 . The north end of the project shall be screened from the <br /> proposed hotel with a solid masonry wall six to seven <br /> feet in height, and a five-foot-wide planting strip <br /> shall be installed adjacent to the wall . <br /> Site Plan: <br /> If the applicant wishes to proceed with this application, a <br /> revised site plan is required. The revised site plan shall <br /> include the following: <br /> 1. Property Lines: All property lines with dimensions. <br /> 2 . Access, Streets and Easements: Location and names of <br /> all streets and easements bordering on the property <br /> with access details. Also any proposed mutual parking <br /> and access easements. The relationship of this project <br /> to Thornton Road shall be clearly shown.
