An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards C W-C 11 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Thornton Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of an eighty-four (84)-foot right-of-way and <br /> in conformance with the Thornton Road Specific Plan. Thornton Road shall consist of <br /> two twelve foot lanes and a four foot paved shoulder with curb and gutter. <br /> 4. The construction of the Side-walk improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan.
