The <br /> estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Department option, the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be <br /> based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $164.60 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the <br /> existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. The development is within County Service Area No. 31 for water, sewer, storm drainage, <br /> and lighting. A Sensus brand water meter with back-flow prevention shall be installed <br /> prior to final occupancy. The water meter shall be inspected by the Department of Public <br /> Works. <br /> 10. The wash-water recycle system shall be submitted to the department of Public Works for <br /> review and approval prior to the release of the plans from the Building Department. <br /> 11. Truck wash-water shall not be released into the sanitary or storm sewers systems without <br /> written permission from the Department of Public Works. <br /> GK:BN:ap <br />
