Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8. The development is within County Service Area No. 31 for water, sewer, storm drainage, <br /> and lighting. A Sensus brand water meter with back-flow prevention shall be installed <br /> prior to final occupancy. The water meter shall be inspected by the Department of Public <br /> Works. <br /> 10. The wash-water recycle system shall be submitted to the department of Public Works for <br /> review and approval prior to the release of the plans from the Building Department. <br /> 11.
