PA-0300029 OF RAMOS OIL <br /> COMPANY C/O GEORGE FIRENZE. <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced Site Approval Pre-Application for a retail <br /> service station complex consisting of a 3,230 square foot auto fuel canopy, a 3,035 square foot <br /> mini mart with fast food restaurant and a five position truck fueling canopy. There will also be <br /> cardlock gas and diesel sales. (Use Type: Gasoline Sales, combination and Eating <br /> Establishment, convenience). <br /> The project is located on the northeast corner of W. Thornton Road and N. Thornton Road, <br /> Thornton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the pre-application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Traffic Study <br /> Should a full application be submitted, the Department of Public Works is requiring that a traffic <br /> study be prepared. The traffic study will need to be completed and reviewed by Public Works <br /> prior to completion of the Initial Study. <br /> Building Permit <br /> A building permit will be required with the appropriate documents prepared by a registered <br /> engineer or licensed architect. <br /> Business License <br /> The applicant shall secure a business license prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> 1 <br />
