The Planner for this project was Leanne Mueller.
As this was a pre planning application meeting all the involved departments had
submitted a report regarding our application.
Most of the issues were fairly straightforward and somewhat expected. The
response from Ray Borges of your department took us off guard. They were in
reference wastewater treatment facility and water service.
Mr. Borges recommendation was a full blown treatment plant and he inferred as
there were two new businesses proposed for the area that we would most likely
have to go together on a wastewater treatment system. That in turn would make
this a public system that we would be responsible to pay for all the costs and
then would turn over to the County for operation.
The other project is being developed by Mr. Singh and is very similar to ours.
Ray suggested we contact the owner Mr. Singh or his engineer Mike Smith about
what options we might explore regarding a wastewater treatment facility for both
projects. I contacted Mike Smith and he said, " We are ready to go for permit
and have applied to the county for a Micro Septic Water Treatment System."
