He in turn referred me to Bernie Dietz who installs these system is the area.
discussed the matter with Dietz and he fully explained the system and that it had
been approved for use in the County.
I later contacted Mike Smith and learned that you had approved the system, but
with additional throughput gallon requirements for the site, which in turn enlarged
the original system, which was proposed for the site.
My concern is the original requirements for a water treatment system as
explained by Mr. Borges and discussed with people in the industry would run in
excess of $400,000, should this be the requirement our project would not be at
all financially viable. But, on the other hand the Micro Septic System based on
my discussions with Bernie Dietz could be installed in the neighborhood of
$ 80,000 to $ 100,000, which now makes our project viable.
Mike Smith told me that Micro Septic system was approved for Mr. Singh's
project. As that project is in the exactly the same area and almost exactly the
same in scope of operation that this system, based on the County's review we
would assume that the Micro Septic system would be approved for the Ramos
project as well.
The other issue was the availability of water service. We had proposed Thorton
would provide water service as part of CSA 12. Mike informed me that Singh
water service was connecting to CSA 12.
1 would appreciate a response to my letter and direction on what will be required
so we can determine how to proceed from this point forward.
Thank vou for your assistance.
R sp cfti'l ly
Rust Firenze
Consultant for Ramos Oil Co.
Cc: Kent Ramos
President
Ramos Oil Co.
