Trash bin enclosure is shown with three sides being <br /> masonry walls and the fourth side being gated. <br /> i. Parking lights are shown on the Site Improvement Plan and <br /> will be installed according to the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1015.5 (g) of the Development Title. <br /> j . The construction of site will conform to Chapter 1605, <br /> Flood Hazards, of the Development Title. <br /> k. Handicapped rest rooms are shown in the building plans. <br /> 1. Four copies of the Grading Plan are enclosed. Items (1) <br /> through (7) are addressed where applicable. <br /> M. The Site Improvement Plan incorporates Items (1) through <br /> (3) . <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. The legal descriptions for the right-of-way dedications <br /> have been sent to Mr. Jeff Lund at the Surveying <br /> Department. This department will be preparing the right- <br /> of-way <br /> ight- <br /> of-way deeds. <br /> b. The street improvements of Thornton Road and Walnut Grove <br /> Road will be constructed to San Joaquin County Standards. <br /> The driveway lines up with the existing driveway on the <br /> south side of Walnut Grove Road. <br /> C. An encroachment permit will be taken out, prior to the <br /> road work in Thornton Road and Walnut Grove Road. <br /> d. The Traffic Mitigation Fee of $5, 286 per 1,000 square <br /> feet of building will be paid at the time of Building <br /> Permit Application. <br /> e. All street improvements will be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Spedifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. The Street Improvement Plans have been <br /> submitted to Mr. Richard Hieb at Public Works for Plan <br /> check. <br />
