Trash bin enclosure is shown with three sides being masonry walls and the fourth side being gated. i. Parking lights are shown on the Site Improvement Plan and will be installed according to the requirements of Section 9-1015.5 (g) of the Development Title. j . The construction of site will conform to Chapter 1605, Flood Hazards, of the Development Title. k. Handicapped rest rooms are shown in the building plans. 1. Four copies of the Grading Plan are enclosed. Items (1) through (7) are addressed where applicable. M. The Site Improvement Plan incorporates Items (1) through (3) . 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS a. The legal descriptions for the right-of-way dedications have been sent to Mr. Jeff Lund at the Surveying Department. This department will be preparing the right- of-way ight- of-way deeds. b. The street improvements of Thornton Road and Walnut Grove Road will be constructed to San Joaquin County Standards. The driveway lines up with the existing driveway on the south side of Walnut Grove Road. C. An encroachment permit will be taken out, prior to the road work in Thornton Road and Walnut Grove Road. d. The Traffic Mitigation Fee of $5, 286 per 1,000 square feet of building will be paid at the time of Building Permit Application. e. All street improvements will be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Spedifications of the County of San Joaquin. The Street Improvement Plans have been submitted to Mr. Richard Hieb at Public Works for Plan check.
