All recommendatirns of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title <br /> 24) . <br /> 2. Identification signs for the parking space(s) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space (C.A.C. , <br /> Title 24) . <br /> 3. The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed <br /> 1/4 inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> 5. SHERIFF-MRONER <br /> a. The following Crime Prevention concepts shall be <br /> incorporated in the project: <br /> 1. Perimeter lighting to create an even band of light <br /> 25' to 50' wide, minimum maintained. <br /> 2. Auxiliary lighting installed above each door. <br /> 3. Security hardware on all doors and windows. <br /> 4. If money or valuables are to be kept after hours in <br /> the office, a zoned electronic security system to be <br /> installed. <br /> 5. Security landscaping below each window. <br /> 6. Defensible space concept applied to allow neighbors, <br /> both commercial and residential, to view property. <br />
