Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and <br /> #1481 and Title 2.3 and 7.8, California Government Code, <br /> and Title 14, CCR. <br /> 3. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> a. host mitigation measures shall be implemented during all <br /> on-site construction. <br /> 4. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Exterior walls less than 20' from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> 2. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation <br /> walls. <br /> 3. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24). <br /> 4. Demolition permits required for existing house and <br /> garage. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material: <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006(1) . <br /> 2. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br />
