A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> designated remainder parcel under a permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section <br /> 5-3003) <br /> d. Construction an individual domestic water well on <br /> designated remainder under a well permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , <br /> Section 5-4100) <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels <br /> which will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. If irrigation and or drainage service is to continue, the <br /> appropriate private irrigation easements shall be <br /> provided. For private irrigation easements, place the <br /> following note on map near the location of the easement: <br /> "A size - foot wide private irrigation easement shall <br /> be conveyed across (lots) (parcels) (nos) at the time of <br /> conveyance. Pipeline to be installed at owner ' s <br /> expense. " <br /> The above note, together with the owner consenting to the <br /> preparation and filing of the map, gives constructive <br /> notice to title companies, future property buyers and the <br /> public of the requirement to provide a private irrigation <br /> easement as well as its size and location. <br />
