Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. In accordance with Permit# SR0032401,the Out-of-Service Well on proposed Parcel#2 <br /> shall be properly secured prior to approval of Parcel Map by Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of this well for domestic <br /> purposes because of its unknown construction for any future residence on Parcel #2. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
