CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0400267 <br /> Harris <br /> Minor Subdivision Application No. PA-0400267 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on July 14, 2004. The effective date of approval is July 24, <br /> 2004. This tentative map approval will expire on July 24, 2007, which is three years from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a <br /> Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
