Tokay Colony Road APN: 063-220-31 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Tokay Colony Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 <br /> feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
