The frontage improvements for Tokay Colony Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural roadway. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred,upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> (A$410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 and 2 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on <br /> the current fee schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> 6. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 7. Drainage from Parcel 1 and 2 shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum <br /> depth). Drainage for each parcel shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer or architect prior <br /> to release of Building Permit and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
