PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Representatives of AGE conducted an on-site interview with Ms.Donna Harris, one of the property
owners, on 12 March 2004 regarding the historical usage and features of the site. The following
information, to the best of her knowledge, was obtained during the interview. In an earlier
discussion, Mr. Bud Harris provided two names for farms or individuals that had cultivated the
property to submit to the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commission(SJCAC)for pesticide use
information.
• The provided farm/farmer names were Bud Harris and John Schallberger; only Mr.
Schallberger had permit records on file with the SJCAC.
• Ms. Harris and her husband purchased the property in late 1980;the property was formerly
part of a larger parcel.
• The subject property was generally utilized for agricultural use; in the past 19 years, alfalfa
was the only crop and use of the property was contracted out. Ms. Harris stated that for the
past several years the property was used for horse and cattle grazing. She had no knowledge
of any pesticide or fertilizer use on the property.
• The subject property was served by an irrigation well located on the adjacent property to the
north; the water was piped beneath Tokay Colony Road. There were no septic or sewer
systems, dry wells or sumps on the property.
• There had been no known unauthorized releases of petroleum products, hazardous materials
or hazardous wastes on the subject property; Ms. Harris had no knowledge of surrounding
properties.
• Ms. Harris knew of no obvious dumping on the property except for the occasional rural
dumping of household items.
Advanced GeoEnvironmentai,Inc.
