_ 14 April 2004 <br /> AGE-NC Project No.04-1143 <br /> Page 15 of 17 <br /> • The subject property was located southeast of the City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, on the <br /> south side of East Tokay Colony Road between Hibbard Road to the west and North Jack <br /> Tone Road to the east. <br /> • Surrounding property use was mixed agricultural and residential use,with most residential <br /> parcels at least 5-acres in size. <br /> • The subject property was undeveloped land covered in weeds and grasses at the time of the <br /> site reconnaissance. <br /> • A portion of the property at the northeast corner was cleared and graded for future residential <br /> construction. <br /> • The fencing surrounding the subject property included portions of the adjacent parcels to the <br /> east and south. <br /> • There were no obvious indications of stained soil or burned and distressed vegetation. <br /> • There was no obvious dumping on the property; the property was fenced along the road. <br /> • There was no on-site water source or on-site septic system; irrigation water was provided <br /> from an well across the road. <br /> • There was no on-site chemical storage. <br /> • There were 55-gallon drums visible at the northeast corner of the property in the cleared <br /> future residential area. The drums, painted blue, were empty and said to be used for horse <br /> training. <br /> • AGE noted no evidence of the current or past use of ASTs, USTs or fill pipes for USTs on <br /> the subject property. <br /> There were no items of apparent environmental concern noted on the subject property at the time of <br /> the site visit except use of the subject property for agricultural purposes. <br /> 8.0.
