The applicant <br /> has proposed a separate septic system for the kennel and wash- <br /> down facilities . <br /> FACILITIES/SERVICES : <br /> The kennel proposes to utilize an existing private well for water <br /> supply and a separate septic system for sewage disposal . <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that an Improvement <br /> Plan showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading be submitted to them for approval . <br /> ROADS AND STREETS : <br /> The Department of Public Works reports that Tokay Colony Road has <br /> an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of- <br /> way width of 50 feet . They request that a five-foot-wide roadway <br /> dedication be required along the frontage of Tokay Colony Road. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> An Initial Study was prepared for the project on February 29, <br /> 1988 . Any potentially significant effects will be mitigated via <br /> the proposed site plan and Conditions of Approval . Based on the <br /> Initial Study, a Negative Declaration was prepared. <br />
