CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-0201 <br /> Floyd Wood and Svetlana Wood <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 235. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> (c) Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from <br /> the centerline of Tokay Colony Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the frontage of APN 063-210-13 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860.4) <br /> (d) All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> (e) The frontage improvements for Tokay Colony Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road.
