To date,the Commission has not found the San Joaquin <br /> Brian Kelly County General Plan in the Primary Zone to be consistent with the LURMP. <br /> CA State Transportation Agency <br /> Karen Ross Absent the Commission's determination of General Plan consistency with <br /> CA Department of Food and the LURMP, Public Resources Code Section 29765 allows local governments <br /> Agriculture <br /> to approve development within the Primary Zone provided written findings <br /> John Laird are included in the record of decision.
