To date,the Commission has not found the San Joaquin <br /> Brian Kelly County General Plan in the Primary Zone to be consistent with the LURMP. <br /> CA State Transportation Agency <br /> Karen Ross Absent the Commission's determination of General Plan consistency with <br /> CA Department of Food and the LURMP, Public Resources Code Section 29765 allows local governments <br /> Agriculture <br /> to approve development within the Primary Zone provided written findings <br /> John Laird are included in the record of decision. The required findings are: <br /> CA Natural Resources Agency <br /> Brian Bugsch a. The development will not result in wetland or riparian loss. <br /> CA State Lands Commission <br /> Ex Officio Members b. The development will not result in the degradation of water quality. <br /> Honorable Jim Frazier <br /> California State Assembly <br /> c.
