• CA Resources Prod Corp — Sonol 4, Brooks 10-1, Brooks 10-2, 8018 W.
Howard Rd., adjacent to north of the Site according to the Haz Mat
Viewer. The Chemical Inventory lists 50 gallons of Baker Petrolite Xcide
320 and 1,400 gallons of soap/foamer. This facility has been discussed in
Section 7.2.
• Delta Seven Farms Inc, 8747 W. Howard, approximately one-quarter mile
northwest of the Site. No Chemical Inventory was provided. Based on its
distance from the Site, it is not anticipated to have impacted the Site at
this time.
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have
been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three wells were
identified at addresses within approximately 1.25 miles of the subject Site. All of
the wells had been tested for nitrate and DBCP; neither constituent was detected
in any of the wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA
for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 pg/L.
7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records
The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted
• regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were
identified under the name of A M Farms. According to the records, the Site has
been used to grow wine grapes, alfalfa, wheat, corn, and asparagus from 2011
through the present. A variety of agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site
during this time period, as indicated on the attached pages in Appendix 5. No
violations were identified.
7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps
The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)
Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on October 6, 2015 for mapped oil
or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. One well was identified
on the eastern side of the Site. The well, Vintage Production California LLC
"Marchini A" 1 (API 07720180), is listed as an idle, dry gas production well.
According to information provided by DOGGR, the well was drilled in 1973. It
was reworked several times between 1976 and 2008, and was last operated in
January of 2013. Ownership of the well was transferred to Venoco in 2005. The
Well Summary Report from 1973 is included in Appendix 4 of this report.
Six additional wells were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site:
• Vintage Production California LLC "Pool B" 1 (API 07720274), idle, dry
gas. Located adjacent to north and west of Site.
LOGE 1522 10
