• while driving on Howard Road. A Small Quantity Hazardous Waste
Generator permit good through December 2014 was also on file for this
facility. It appears that the hazardous materials utilized all relate to the
gas wells located at this facility, discussed in Section 7.4.
• Venoco Inc. (Galli 2), 9045 W. Howard. Based on information discussed
in Section 7.1 and 7.4, this facility appears to be adjacent to the north and
west of the Site. The facility is included on the Hazardous Materials list. It
is discussed in Section 7.1.
• ABA Farms/Delta Seven Farms, 9447 & 8747 W. Howard, approximately
one-quarter mile northwest of the Site. This facility is included on the
Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, and Aboveground
Storage Tanks lists. Based on its distance from the Site, it is not
anticipated to have impacted the Site at this time.
• ABF Farm Services Inc., 7761 W. Undine, adjacent to east of Site. This
facility is included on the Hazardous Materials, Underground Storage
Tanks, and Aboveground Storage Tanks lists. Although the parcel is
adjacent to the Site, the nearest building cluster where any tanks would be
stored is located almost one-quarter mile from the Site. As such, this
facility is not anticipated to have impacted the Site at this time.
• Marchini Ag, 9000 W. Howard, adjacent to north on the parcel carved from
the northeast corner of the Site. This facility is included on the
Aboveground Storage Tanks list. Live Oak reviewed records on file for
this facility at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
on October 2, 2015. According to the Aboveground Petrolum Storage
Program Survey Form, one 500-gallon diesel tank is located at this facility.
The file included a photograph of the tank behind a fence. Because the
tank does not appear to be adjacent to the Site property line, it is not
anticipated to have a significant impact on the Site.
• Unocal: Union Island Field, Tracy Boulevard, location unclear. This facility
is included on the Site Mitigation list with a status of "environmental
assessment." Live Oak requested to review files at the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department for this facility; no files were
provided for review. Without knowledge of the location of the facility or the
nature of the concern, Live Oak can make no determination as to the
potential for this facility to impact the subject Site.
Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on October 6, 2015
for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site
was identified as a hazardous materials handler; acetylene, diesel, gasoline,
propane, oil, and oxygen were listed in the Chemical Inventory. The following
additional facilities within one-quarter mile of the Site were identified:
•
LOGE 1522 9
