Next Steps <br /> When the applicant is ready to submit the full application it will be necessary to <br /> do the following: <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the General Plan amendment fee. <br /> • Submit ten copies of the map to be amended with the project area labeled <br /> with the current and proposed General Plan designation. <br /> • Submit ten copies of the application. <br /> • Submit a Soil Suitability Study prepared to the specifications of the <br /> Environmental Health Division if applicable. <br /> • Submit a Zone Reclassification application to include: <br /> • Ten copies of the completed application. <br /> • Ten copies of the assessor page(s) with the area to be rezoned outlined. <br /> Label the map with both the "existing" and "proposed" zoning of the plan. <br /> • One copy of the recorded deed. <br /> • Submit a Soil Suitability Study prepared to the specifications of the <br /> Environmental Health Division if applicable. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective <br /> applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public improvement <br /> requirements, preliminary design constraints and opportunities, and major <br /> environmental and safety issues. This information is provided in the hope of <br /> assisting the applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, as well <br /> as minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an in-depth analysis, and an <br /> environmental assessment is not completed. The applicant should be aware that a <br /> detailed review will not be done until the full application is submitted.
