The dealership consisted of a single structure with
asphalt paved parking areas. Based on San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
' (SJCEHD) records, a conventional septic system services the truck dealership. The truck and
trailer parking area to the east also contained a single structure with office space and truck bays,
' and is serviced by a MicroSepTec system, according to SJCEHD records.
' The parcel was bound to the north by a vacant lot, and an asphalt paved parking area; to the
immediate east by railroad tracks and S. McKinley Avenue beyond the tracks, to the west by S.
' Harlan Road; and to the south by an office building and aggregate processing plant.
